# Fees to be reviewed

I was told when asking support for more info on the latest edition, that it makes no difference that I have bought CorelDraw new each time a new updated one came on the market, therefore I was told that everyone pays normal price regardless. I find this very odd, specially since no loyalty program exists for clients of CorelDraw.

Simple, do not upgrade to a higher version unless there is something very crucial about the update. When I used corel draw many years ago, I did not find much difference between CDR16-17, it improved a lot between CDR11-14 without a doubt so I guess you should upgrade only once in three times. FYI CDR15 was the worst one, always used to crash.

I've been using CorelDraw since the early 90s and have always used the discounted upgrade versions (just like any other software). Only in recent years have I noticed no upgrade version, but rather early-bird discounts via email notifications. if you've registered your software, you should be getting these notices. I never pay full price.

Speaking as a 30-year loyal customer of Corel's first and longest existing vector graphics-based software application, CorelDraw, I can confidently state that having such a status has no bearing whatsoever on the price customers are charged. In my opinion, that's an unfortunate position that the company has put itself in. It's absolutely imperative that you reward those who remain faithful to products and/or services that you provide. To unintentionally overlook this behavior or deliberately dismiss it as being trivial or completely unnecessary speaks volumes about their treatment of customers in general.
